My TMC2100 MKS seem to have two points joined in the bottom left corner, where as the same on your photo is open. It seems it is just "En/CFG6" though, so CFG1 to GND is indeed open.. I will try joining CFG1 to GND using the "little wire between the pins" method [www.instructables.com] (and remove the CFG2 pin..)
I thought it would be made to work wth MKS jumpers as it was an edition for that, but apparently no.
