I opened a topic about it - but maybe it is suitable here also:
What are the hard-limits for reoslution and speeds?
Is it rather the motor 8i suspect not, since I believe to having read datasheets of Nema 17 and nema 23 where there were 3500-4500RPMs mentioned...)
Or is it he electronics/drivers which have to give enoug pulses/instructions fast enough towards the printer`s7Cnc`s motors?
I am planing on using ball-screws with a slopepitch of 5mm.
that combined with 1/64 or 1/128th microsteping would for sure need lots of pulses/s to achiee fast movements.
So where are the hard-limits in such an application?
I will be using an arduino DUE,
RADDS Board actually
