Hard to say from video but i think i counted like 10-15 jumps for something that looked to me like a 90 degree angle. Compare to motor steps per rev. Hard for me to see but maybe you can count the jumps and approximate a more accurate number of jumps for a 90/360 degree and compare it to motor specs. Just to be sure it is indeed a microstep issue.
