Typical motor for this is any motor rated with 1-2-3-(max 4) ohms coil resistance and (min 1)-1.2-1.5++A current. The voltage is the product of the two numbers, so if its only two given, you can deduct the 3rd from their relation.
If you plan high rpm and good torque, what you need is a very good driver. Motors are more or less the same, but the drivers are what makes the difference. What you want is probably within the domain for commercial drivers, i would suggest gecko drivers or similar. At least imho.
